The Brammo Enertia is 100% electric motor created by Oregon-based electric vehicle company, Brammo. The Enertia is Company’s first production electric motorcycle which is assembled in Sárvár, Hungary.

In 2010, Brammo Enertia was named as Electric Motorcycle of the Year.

Described as a Motorcycle which eliminates features and characteristics that can cause intimidation and complexity in traditional motorcycles. It blends old school purist themes and new school technology, and sports permanent magnet AC Synchronous motor that is powered by six Valence lithium iron phosphate battery modules. Its four-hours battery provides a top speed of over 62 mph (100 km/h), and can be recharged via the onboard charger, a standard 110 volt electrical outlet. Its range is up to 40 miles, however it depends on driver’s riding habit, route, weight and weather.

Brammo Enertia’s monocoque body represents an iconic and defining design for electric motorcycles, and made out of aluminum. This zero-emission bike is simple to ride, offers a deep hue of environmentally-friendly greenness and comes with a quiet sound. Other features include Marzocchi forks, Brembo brakes, and Elka shocks.

In 2011, Brammo has introducted the next generation ot the bike, called the Brammo Enertia Plus.

zecOO: Electric Low rider Motorcycle

zecOO, an electric low-rider motorcycle designed by Kota Nezu of Znug Design, may go into limited production later this year. This low-riding maxi-scooter is powered by electric motor that produces 21kW and 65Nm of torque. The battery-powered zecOO weighs 245kg dry and features ‘vertical twin frame,’ single-side front and rear swingarms, 18-inch wheels wraped with 180/55 (front) and 240/40 (rear) tyres, as well as hub-centre steering and spacecraft-like bodywork.
