The British automaker of luxury sports car Aston Martin has teamed up with bicycle manufacturer Factor Bikes to create the world’s most technologically advanced road bicycle. This amazing bike is called the Aston Martin One-77 Bicycle.
This two-wheeled version of the Aston Martin iconic One-77 Coupe is actually a refined version of the Factor001 – touted as the world’s most advanced bicycle – and re-badged with the heavyweight branding of Aston Martin. The One-77 Aston Martin One-77 Cycle crafted with the extensive use of carbon fiber to keep weight as low as possible – its frame, fork and handlebars are all made from the lightweight composite material.
Described as “the world’s most technologically advanced road bicycle”, the Aston Martin One-77 Cycle comes with a high-tech computer system which uses a complex array of sensors, providing the cyclist a menu of over 100 specific measurements, including crank torque, crank force and leg power. Other important information includes wasted leg power, acceleration, rear wheel speed, rate of ascent, as well as traditional measurements like speed, altitude, GPS location and heart rate.
Other features on this amazing super cycle include an integrated LED lights, Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 7970 groupset, disc brakes, full carbon 8-spoke wheels, and elegant hand-stitched leather handlebars and saddle.
