This folding bike helmet is called the Overade. Designed by Patrick Jouffret from French studio Agence 360 and engineer Philippe Arrouart, the Overade has simple design which lets you to collapse it into itself and fold it together into a compact form that you can fit in your bag.
The Overade compact bike helmet was designed back in 2010 as a concept, and it becomes available later on in the year. Patrick Jouffret says that the Overade helmet offers cyclists as much protection as a standard helmet.
