Ford Electric Bike Concept

Ford has unveiled its Electric bike concept which would be an innovative solution for urban mobility. Its strength frame made from aluminium and carbon with a weight of just 2.5kg. The wheels comes with six-spoke V-design.

We see E-Bikes as an important element of urban electric mobility. More and more people are using E-Bikes for short distance commuting and they are becoming comfortable with the concept of electric mobility

A 350 W electric motor in the front wheel hub powered by a lithium-ion battery that concealed in the frame, promising a range of up to 85km on a full charge. This Electric bike concept is also equipped with an integrated controller and patented magnetostriction sensor technology from from the world of Formula.

Ford Electric Bike Concept was unveiled at The Frankfurt Motor Show 2011.
