Solar Powered Reverse Trike Electric Ride

This simple and unique Solar Powered Reverse Trike was designed Farrukh Khan, student of University of Engineering and Technology Lahore in Pakistan. Called the “Reverse Trike”, this eco-friendly vehicle has two wheels at the front and one at the rear. It has a 40 watt photovoltaic canopy on top of the vehicle which collects the sun’s rays and charges onboard 12v/80Ah dry cell solar battery, transforming it into a sweet electric ride.

Featured a custom built, t-shaped aluminum framework at the front, Solar Powered Reverse Trike Electric Ride measures 7 x 3.5 x 4.5 ft (2.13 x 1.06 x 1.37 meter) and 132 pound (60 kg). Farrukh has spent $550 to create this eco-friendly vechicle.
