The Cocoon Tree is the modern version of a cabin in a tree. This lightweight and waterproof treehouse pod was designed by Berni Du Payrat.

There are spherical strutures in aluminum covered with a durable and resistant waterproof tarpaulin canvas shell designed to hang up on trees like hammock, but still offering spacious outdoor living. Thanks to its three-meter diameter interior space with a hight quality mattress and custom made duvet that accommodates two people very comfortably or even, a couple and two small children.

Cocoon Tree is easy to install, where it is rigged up with ropes and secured by nets, and and can be assembled and mounted in just two hours. It comes with up to six cords for suspension, and six for added lateral stability, making it can be installed to a variety of locations. It weighs under 150 lbs.
